Marketing Consultant in Lachen — for SMEs that want to grow.
I’m on-site. I know the March region. And I work as a temporary CMO for companies that don’t have their own marketing department — and don’t need one.
I’m originally from the Netherlands — and I made a deliberate choice years ago to stay in Lachen. Because of the location between mountains and lake, because of the kids growing up here, and because of the region itself. I’ve lived here since 2018, know many local businesses personally, and am part of the community.
What’s often not seen from the outside: how strong the local economy in the March really is. Not just the restaurants and cultural offerings — that’s immediately obvious. But the craftsmanship, construction, real estate, pharmaceutical companies, and innovations coming from this region. That’s a different league.
What I also see: Many of these companies underestimate how far their reach could extend. Twenty, thirty kilometers — that doesn’t have to be the limit. Nationwide. Europe-wide. The foundation is often already there. What’s missing is the system behind it.
That’s my work.
Clarity on your next steps — in a free initial conversation.
Positioning, target audiences, priorities — sorted out together. For SMEs that are done guessing.
On-site. Not remote.
My office is in Lachen (Feldstrasse 12, 8853 Lachen) — and I’m regularly on-site with you in person.
In Person, Not on Zoom
I sit in your meetings. Some mornings at Steiner or Knobel for the first emails of the day — then out to the businesses.
Part of Your Team
I regularly attend your team meetings — in person, not via Zoom.
On-site Shoots
I personally accompany photos and videos — authentic material is only created live, not in a studio.
March Region
Lachen, Altendorf, Pfäffikon, Wollerau — all within my area.
What does a fractional CMO do — and when does it make sense for an SME?
A fractional CMO takes over the strategic marketing leadership of your company — without you having to fill a full-time position. They bring experience from multiple industries and deliver results from day one.
This is especially valuable for SMEs with 5 to 50 employees: large enough for professional marketing, but too lean for a dedicated marketing executive. A fractional CMO bridges exactly that gap.
The advantage: you only pay for the time you actually need — and in return, you get strategy, implementation support, and measurable results. No agency overhead, no lengthy onboarding.
I bring something most local companies don’t have internally: two decades of experience at the enterprise level — with international family offices, with venture capital firms that needed short-term support for portfolio companies. D2C, beauty, health, manufacturing.
What that means for a company in Lachen: you get senior-level experience without hiring a permanent executive. I sit in your meetings. I talk to your customers. I build the structure you need — and hand it over to your team once it’s running.
No monthly reports. No endless presentations. Real execution.
