Questions
Before you call
What does “regardless of budget size” mean?
The package price stays the same whether you invest CHF 1,000 or CHF 10,000 a month in advertising. To start, we recommend at least CHF 1,000.
What does “forward-deployed” mean?
The AI labs coined it: forward deployed engineers sit with the customer and stay until the solution actually works. We apply that to marketing: we lead, we execute and we build what is missing. We are not software engineers; when a project needs real engineering, we bring in the right people.
Can I combine marketing with Just build?
Yes, and the two often fit well: marketing brings the enquiries, Just build delivers the tools so your team handles and follows them up faster. They stay two packages with their own price.
Do you work with my existing agency?
Yes. It is often the best way: we steer, the agency executes, and you know who is working on your account.
What does customer communication include?
We write the content your customers regularly receive from you, set up the CRM and sending, and make sure your team is informed the same way internally.
How long am I committed?
Three months at a time. The contract renews automatically for another three months unless you cancel 30 days before it ends. Three months is also how long it takes until the first reliable evaluation is in. Details in our terms.
Can I switch packages?
Yes, from the following month.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays with you. Accounts and tools run in your name; we build with Claude and Codex, among others.
Where do your enquiries get lost?
In 30 minutes we’ll find the biggest lever. And if marketing isn’t the answer, we’ll tell you.
