The big AI labs send forward deployed engineers to their customers: people who understand the business, build on site and stay until the AI actually works. Large companies get that. Small and mid-sized companies usually get a webinar. Just build is that role for them, applied where AI helps most: enquiries, sales follow-up, customer communication, content and admin. We sit at your table, build with your team and stay until the tool runs. We are not software engineers, and we don’t pretend to be. We are marketers and sales people with 20+ years of experience who now build: forward-deployed marketers.

What it is not
What Just build is not
Not an agency running your campaigns: we build the tools your team uses for enquiries, follow-up and communication (campaigns are our marketing packages). Not an AI course: we build instead of teach. And not a big IT project: we work with the tools you already have.

Does our team need technical knowledge?
No. We build; your team brings the knowledge of the work.
Is this the same as a forward deployed engineer?
Same idea, different scale. An FDE builds deep integrations for large enterprises. We build small tools on the systems you already have, for marketing, sales and the daily work around them. When a project needs real engineering, such as complex integrations, security-critical systems or data platforms, we say so early and bring in the right people.
Which tools do you work with?
With what you have: inbox, booking tool, CRM, shop, accounting. We build with Claude and Codex, among others.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays with you. Accounts and tools run in your name.
What if nobody uses a tool?
We’ll see it at the 30-day check and improve it or drop it. What counts is what runs in daily work.
Can I combine Just build with marketing?
Yes. Many Just build tools sit right in marketing and sales anyway: enquiries, follow-ups, content routines. Running campaigns and channels is a separate marketing package, and the two work well side by side.
How long am I committed?
Three months at a time. The contract then renews for another three months unless you cancel 30 days before it ends. Three months is what it takes for the first tools to prove themselves. Details in our terms.
Where does your team lose the most time?
