Marketing for dental practices in Switzerland
A full schedule
More of the right patients, a recall that runs by itself, and treatment plans that get accepted.
Marketing March – marketing for dental practices and aesthetic clinics in Switzerland, led by Remco Livain (incl. DrSmile, Faceland, trainer for Swiss Dental Hygienists).
What we see in the industry
Patients decide earlier
Three shifts we keep seeing in practices, at DrSmile and in our workshops with dental hygienists. More in the magazine →
The choice is made before the first appointment
Google profile, reviews, website and the first answer on the phone decide whether someone books. Long before anyone sits in the chair.
Communication sells the treatment plan
Whether a plan is accepted depends on clear language, clear costs and a team that follows up. Not on clinical expertise.
AI assistants become the recommendation
Patients ask ChatGPT for the right practice. Since August 2026 ads appear there in Switzerland too.
What we solve
Where practices lose appointments
Most gaps are not in the advertising but between enquiry, appointment and treatment plan.

Questions from practices
Before you call
Are dental practices allowed to advertise in Switzerland?
Yes. Factual, truthful and unobtrusive information is allowed. We write everything within the advertising rules for health professions and agree borderline cases with you.
Do you earn a share of treatments?
No. Practices pay fixed monthly prices only.
How large does the ad budget need to be?
To start, we recommend at least CHF 1,000 a month, paid directly to the platforms.
What are the most important marketing measures for a dental practice?
A well-kept Google Business Profile with reviews, a website with one page per core treatment and online booking, a recall that reminds automatically, and only then paid campaigns for the treatments that carry the practice.
What does practice marketing cost per month?
With us from CHF 2,000 a month for ongoing support, CHF 3,500 with campaigns, plus the ad budget paid directly to the platforms. For practice groups we quote.
Are Google Ads worth it for a dental practice?
For treatments with margin and clear demand, usually yes, such as implants, aligners or dental hygiene. We start with a small budget, measure through to the booking and only scale what brings appointments.
Do you work with our existing website?
Yes. In our call we clarify whether it can bring appointments or whether a dedicated page for your core treatments works faster.
