General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter ‘GTC’) apply to all services provided by Remco Livain (hereinafter ‘Contractor’) within the scope of the Marketing Strategy Workshop. By booking, the client accepts these GTC in full.

2. Scope of Services

The Marketing Strategy Workshop includes: a free introductory meeting (approx. 1 hour), a preparation phase with company and competitor analysis, a half-day workshop, and the creation and delivery of a written action plan within 48 hours after the workshop.

3. Prices and Payment

The total price of the workshop is CHF 2,240.00 excl. VAT. A deposit of 50% (CHF 1,120.00) is due upon booking. The remaining 50% is invoiced after completion of the workshop (payment term: 14 days). Any travel and expense costs are communicated separately and transparently and invoiced accordingly.

4. Withdrawal and Cancellation

If the client withdraws from the contract and does not wish to carry out the workshop, 20% of the total amount (CHF 448.00) will be retained as compensation for expenses. Any deposit already paid will be refunded minus this 20%.

5. Rescheduling

Booked workshops may be rescheduled. However, the workshop must take place within 6 months of the original booking date. After this period, the entitlement to delivery expires and the deposit will not be refunded.

6. Cancellation by the Contractor

The contractor reserves the right to reschedule the workshop in cases of force majeure or illness — in this case, an alternative date will be offered.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake not to disclose confidential information exchanged during the workshop to third parties. This includes business data, strategies, and financial figures.

8. Intellectual Property

The action plan developed in the workshop and all associated materials become the property of the client upon full payment. The contractor retains the right to use the collaboration in anonymized form as a reference, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

9. Liability

The contractor is not liable for the commercial success of the measures developed in the workshop. Implementation is the responsibility of the client. The contractor’s liability is in any case limited to the contract value.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Lachen SZ.

11. VAT

Remco Livain is registered in the commercial register under CHE-149.854.587. All prices are excl. VAT. VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
